The location is perfect but the room standard is varied. Couple months back I stayed in the renovated room without bath but shower. I wanted to the same type of room this time but I was put into a disable room which had some very strong chemical smell and the bathroom conditions was really bad with mould and colour. Tried to change room but was not allowed. They said they could only move me to another disable room even I paid the same price for the renovated room.

Great stay, Lovely room, Ideally located, Clean and modern hotel, Breakfast was top tier, All staff super friendly (especially Paula on breakfast) 5* service all round, No faults what’s so ever, Will defo be staying again on my next outing this way

Exactly what you expect from a premier inn smooth check in clean room and a great premier inn breakfast will stay here again when in Leicester Car park is tight but for city centre parking is very convenient remember to use the code if you want the discount

Very convenient location in Leicester, 5 mins from the train station. Very helpful and willing staff, shout out to Paula at breakfast whizzing around keeping all running smoothly. Breakfast very tasty and nicely presented. Large bedroom and enormous, comfortable bed. Connecting door to next door room a little old fashioned and a bit noisy. My neighbours weren't shouting, but I could hear their conversation until after 3am, which wasn't ideal for my early start.

Poor customer service. Tried to pay for my 6 guests rooms in advance, I even went in to the hotel. Eventually was told that I had to complete a form online, which I did and returned it. When the guests arrived they were told the hotel rooms were not paid for and they had to pay it themselves. It made me look like I was trying to get out of paying for the rooms. Very embarrasing, I had to pay over money persoanlly for all six rooms. They also didnt have any hot running water, standard every where else. Wont be using this hotel again.

It's a Premier Inn - you get what it says on the tin. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Very good bed. Very clean. Well decorated. All good. The breakfast was good. The ingredients seemed good quality and fresh. All you can eat policy. The hotel seemed efficient with good facilities.

Great stay, definitely worth getting a premium room as there's no guarantee, you'll be on the nicer floors if the hotel is full. Sabrina and Naomi were quick with check ins on the upgraded self check in machines, evening meal was really nice. Hotel is definitely due an upgrade but that doesn't take away from a good sleep and pleasant staff.
